Congress is urged to preserve Child Tax Credit EITC
WASHINGTON, DC - Heading into the 2012 legislative session, lawmakers are proposing to raise taxes on hardworking, low-income Latino families to pay for an extension of the payroll tax cut. USDA to resolve all claims of Hispanic farmers discrimination

Obama administration announces new family unity waivers
WASHINGTON, DC - The Citizenship and Immigration Services announce on January 6will publish a formal notice in the Federal Register of a new regulation that would allow for undocumented immigrants to obtain a provisional waiver in the U.S. before they leave for their country of origin to pick up their green cards.

All current deportation cases to be reviewed
