          <description><![CDATA[ LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Memphis District Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Consulate of Mexico in Little Rock. 

The agreement establishes an ongoing collaborative relationship between these two entities to provide Mexican nationals regardless of legal status with information, guidance, and access to resources on the prevention of discrimination in the workplace.

The Senate confirmed the appointment issued by the Executive in favor of Andres Chao Ebergenyi.

Chao Ebergenyi, bachelor in Communication Sciences, has worked as National Press Coordinator of the secretary to the President of the Republic and even before his appointment was Consul of Mexico in Little Rock, Arkansas.

          <description><![CDATA[ LITTLE ROCK, AR – During a ceremony on Monday, February 14, 2011 the Consul of Mexico Andres Chao delivered a check of $20,000 dollars from the Mexican government IME to the Hispanic Women Organization of Arkansas (HWOA) to benefit Mexican students in continuing with their higher education in Arkansas.
