Clinton Presidential Center to celebrate largest Easter hunt in the state

¡Hola! Arkansas Staff Writers/Escritores

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Clinton Presidential Center will host the largest Easter Family Festival in the state on Saturday, March 31, 2012.

The free event will kick off with the arrival of the Easter Bunny on a fire truck, and the Easter egg hunt on the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center. The outdoor festival with food, craft activities, a petting zoo, pony rides and entertainment will follow the egg hunt for children of all ages.

“Each year on the day after Easter, the White House sponsors an Easter egg roll. In honor of the tradition we will hold the same event. Children will shuttle Easter eggs down a lane using only a wooden spoon!’ said Lena Moore, Deputy Executive Director of the Clinton Foundation.

The Easter Family Festival begins at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 2:00 p.m. The Easter eggs hunt for children ages 1-5 will begin at 10:00 a.m. and for children ages 6-11 at 12:30 p.m.

“Last year’s festival was a huge success with over 23,000 people in attendance. We excitedly anticipate this year’s attendance to be much larger and look forward to families throughout Arkansas enjoying the festivities,” said Joy Secuban, Clinton Foundation Development Manager. “This is a one of a kind chance to promote your organization to a captive, target audience all while enjoying first-of-spring fun,” added Secuban.

There will be over 100,000 eggs.

Make plans to join the family fun at the Clinton Presidential Center for the 2012 Easter Family Festival, proudly sponsored by ¡Hola! Arkansas. For additional information, visit www.ClintonPresidentialCenter.org o wwww.Hola-Arkansas.com
