NEW YORK, NY - Sofia Vergara, the Colombian actress unveiled her latest Got Milk? ad.
The Hispanic Got Milk campaign joined the 50 Most Beautiful People en Español in New York City to show mothers that they are a powerful example for their children as part of the refocused campaign calling attention to the influence mothers have on the health and nutrition of their children.
In the ad featuring Sofia with her life example, her mother, Margarita Vergara Dávila reads as follows. "Behind every great mom, there is always another. I always follow mom's great example. Serving milk every day is very important. Milk has essential nutrients to help form a strong family, such as protein and potassium. A mother's example can take you very far."
The Colombian explains, "As a mother, there's nothing more important to me than my family's well-being, and milk is the original drink for your well-being that nature offers us."
The Education Program Milk Processor (MilkPEP), Washington, DC, is funded by the nation's milk processors, who are committed to increasing fluid milk consumption.
The Council is leading the campaign MilkPEP National Milk Mustache "Got Milk?” A multifaceted campaign designed to educate consumers about the health benefits of milk.
