Arkansas the premier bilingual newspaper in the state, announced today that it will broadcast a live Spanish interpretation of Today’s THV (KTHV-Little Rock) primetime and late night live coverage of the presidential election on Tuesday, November 2 to provide Spanish speaking viewers with local and national election results, news-briefs and news updates analysis.
Today’s THV will offer complete coverage of one of the most contested elections in recent history beginning at 6:00pm on Election Day. “On November 2, Arkansas Spanish speakers viewers will have the opportunity to watch events unfold, as the live Spanish interpretation picks up continuous coverage broadcasted on KTHV’s SAP (Second Audio Program) of the final hours when America determines who will be the nation’s next president,” said Maura Lozano-Yancy, President and Group Publisher of ¡Hola! Arkansas. “Current viewers of THV will see or hear no change, since the Spanish interpretation is not on the station’s primary audio channel,” she added.
