8th annual “¡Hola! Arkansas Health & Safety Fair” to offer free health screenings, lunch and live music

Arkansas Minority Health Commission Executive director said, “the 8th Annual of the “¡Hola! Arkansas Health & Safety Fair” we’ll be offering opportunities to learn more about ways Arkansas Hispanic and minority families can prepare for an emergency and become better aware of health prevention programs that may impact our communities. The goal of the Arkansas Minority Health Commission is to bridge the gap in the health status of the minority population.”



The 8th annual of the ¡Hola! Arkansas Health & Safety Fair is organized by ¡Hola! Arkansas and presented by the Arkansas Minority Health Commission. The event is sponsored by the Arkansas Health Networks, Jefferson Comprehensive Care System, Arora, Today’s THV, in collaboration with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, DHS-Services for the Blind, DHS- Special Nutrition programs, Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, Arkansas Department of Health - Southwest Clinic, Central Arkansas Veterans Health System (CAVHS), Governor Mike Beebe- Minority Affairs Office, American Red Cross, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, New Age Distributing (Mountain Valley Spring -7UP-SunKist), Reddy Ice, Arkansas Human Development Corporation, Arkansas National Guard, Ocean Dental, Arkansas Aids Foundation, Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation, UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Science, Laura Castillo Arkansas Hispanic Youth Soccer Association, Blue Bell Creameries, Linn’s Auto, PartyGras, Geyer Springs Chiropractic, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shields, Arkansas DMC, Arkansas Disability Right Center, Innovex, QualChoice, College Station Clinic and City Center and many more.
