CONWAY, AR – The first annual of “el Grito,” a celebration of the Hispanic Culture and Diversity in Central Arkansas will take place Friday, September 16 at the the Simon Park in downtown Conway, AR. The festival will start at 6:00pm and close at midnight.
“El Grito” is a festival that will honor and celebrate the National Hispanic Heritage Month, diversity, culture and the spirit of the Latin American community in Arkansas.
Everyone is invited to come out and join us in this celebration,” said David Smith President of the LULAC local council. There is something for everyone during ‘El Grito,” he added.
The fun includes the performances of heather Rodriguez, Ms Arkansas Latina Mariachis, Folkloric, Dancers, Piñatas and Authentic Mexican Food Fun for the whole Family.
The first annual of ‘El Grito’ is presented by the Arkansas League of United Latin American Citizens, LULAC, Councils 750, 764 and 759. Sponsored by, Hola!
