This statewide event, presented by Walmart, will offer a wealth of information and resources about diabetes and overall healthy living FREE to the community. Nearly 26 million people have diabetes with over 235,000 in Arkansas and 35,000 people in Northwest Arkansas living with the disease. As this is the only major diabetes-related event in the region.
Information will be presented in both English and Spanish.
The day-long event will include the following free activities:
-Health Screenings
-"Ask the Expert" Area
-Family Fun Zone
-Nutrition & Exercise Demos
-ADA World & Bookstore
-Exhibit Booths
